Pack 45

Pack 45 is the signature cross training class of easyGym clubs. In just 45 minutes, you will complete the most complete class possible. Using different tools (TRX, kettlebell, rowers, etc.), you will work, in pairs, both your muscles and your heart. In order to offer you a quality class and optimal monitoring, Pack 45 is in small group training. Please note that the number of places is limited for each class!

Boxing
